AI strategy and professional learning for schools.
We design AI training that fosters wisdom and sparks change.
Sage Catalyst partners with schools to design a clear AI adoption strategy and trains staff to use AI ethically and confidently in planning, teaching and assessment.
Help your staff learn AI with clarity and confidence.
So they can design learning that deepens thinking and sparks curiosity.
AI in education feels loud right now—new tools every day, polarized opinions, and it’s moving fast. Sage Catalyst gives your teachers a roadmap, a journey to follow, so they can go from “What is AI?” to using it with confidence and wisdom while keeping human connection at the center.
Hi, I’m Lindsey.
As a former first-grade teacher turned international education program leader, I’ve spent my career supporting meaningful learning, from design thinking to global leadership initiatives. I now take that experience and work with schools and districts that want a clear, values-aligned approach to AI. I support them through strategic advising for leaders and practical training for educators.
Blending classroom experience, systems thinking, and thoughtful design, I bridge the gap between effective pedagogy and AI tools so they actually support learning in the classroom. I create a vision of what’s possible with teaching in the age of AI and then help bring that vision to life through concrete steps.
Whether you’re an administrator leading AI adoption or a small team of educators piloting new approaches, I’m here to support you with practical tools, strategic frameworks, and grounded guidance.
Let’s design thoughtful adoption of AI.

How do you see the future of education?
Here’s the future I envision . . .
Hybrid intelligent classrooms.
Imagine a school where AI enhances human creativity, connection, and purpose.
Here’s what that could look like . . .
Teachers weave prompt engineering into lessons so students know how to guide and orchestrate AI tools, bringing their ideas to life.
Lessons are built to strengthen creativity, wisdom, and imagination, so students can see possibilities before they exist and co-create with AI.
Teachers use AI tools to differentiate learning with speed and creativity, designing personalized scaffolds so students who need more support make real gains and those ready for more are meaningfully challenged.
The arts and humanities are valued, grounding students in what it means to be human in a world of deepfakes, agents, and automation.
Students collaborate with AI “thought partners” to tackle complex real-world problems and design thoughtful solutions.
AI will never replace the heart of teaching. But it can augment what teachers do best.
Sage Catalysts’ Teaching Through the Lens of AI training equips educators to make small, wise shifts towards creating hybrid intelligent classrooms. Classrooms that prepare students with the skills they need to thrive in the age of AI.

Principles that shape every training.
-
I believe the most powerful thing in any classroom is still a human heart and a curious mind—not an algorithm. AI can assist, but it’s the people who matter most.
-
Fear around AI is normal, but it doesn’t have to drive our decisions or paralyze us. People fear what they don’t know. I create space for honest questions and emotions, then help educators move toward wise, values-aligned choices grounded in truth.
-
I seek ways to augment human capacity with AI…only when and where it makes sense. It’s not about automating everything but discerning where AI genuinely serves the greater good within teaching and learning.
-
I’ll be the first to say I’m not an ‘expert’ in AI —reality is, no one is and it’s changing so fast, no one can predict where it’s headed. I value continual learning and curiosity, inviting educators to experiment, reflect, and grow their AI fluency over time rather than chasing perfection.
-
It’s not just about checking a box for training. I care about demonstrated impact—changes in practice, student learning, and teacher workload. We use practical tools and reflection to notice what’s actually working in your context.
These are the commitments that guide how I design and facilitate AI learning for your staff.
Together, we can design meaningful learning in the age of AI.
