Training topics
-
This is Sage Catalysts’ Flagship training. It takes educators on a journey through developing the right mindset for adopting AI with wisdom and creativity. Educators go from asking “Where do I even start with AI?’ to confidently incorporating AI into teaching and learning.
-
This is the entry point for educators beginning their AI journey. A short series of trainings that teaches educators everything they need to know in order to adopt AI responsibly, including understanding what AI is, what it’s not, biases, deepfakes, risks, environmental impacts, and how to use AI tools for meaningful learning. Participants shift from fear and confusion to curiosity and confidence by exploring how AI can augment their teaching.
-
A series of trainings that allows educators to go beyond a basic understanding of AI to harnessing its full power in developing meaningful lessons and activities for students that equips them with the skills they’ll need to be successful in the age of AI.
-
A series of trainings that equip educators to design AI-resistant assessments, identify deepfakes, and address the burning topic of academic integrity and cheating.
-
AI doesn’t just augment student learning, it can also increase teacher’s capacity, saving them time on the mundane and giving them more time on the things that matter. In this training series, teachers learn what’s worth automating, how to automate, and what should remain ‘human in the loop’.
-
A series of trainings that equip educators on advanced prompt engineering and walk educators step by step through designing custom GPTs, bots, agents, avatars, websites, and applications to supplement standards aligned lessons.

What teachers gain
-
Effective AI adoption is about mindset. Not just knowledge and not just skills. Educators are needing to approach their teaching with a new mindset of “What does meaningful learning look like in the age of AI?" These trainings equip educators with an adaptive mindset approach to navigate these questions in a rapidly changing world.
-
While no one is an expert in AI, educators can grow in confidence. This comes from knowledge, skills, and being in community with those who are using AI. Trainings are designed to create a safe space for educators to explore AI and learn from each other what works and what doesn’t work.
-
With each session, educators walk away with tangible ready to use lessons, rubrics, strategies, ideas, and tools that can be modified to fit their context and applied the next day.
-
Each session incorporates monitoring and evaluation of KPIs aligned with your goals and objectives for the training. This isn’t about checking the box for AI Literacy training but actually assessing the impact of AI adoption in your school.
-
Let’s be honest…not everyone is excited about AI. And that’s ok. What these trainings do, is meet each educator where they are, and gently inspire…so they walk away with sparks of hope, vision and excitement for what ‘can be’ in the future. It’s about helping educators take the next step, whatever that looks like for them.
-
Trainings are designed to support sustained change over time.

Teaching Through the Lens of AI
There’s a lot of noise about AI. The Teaching Through the Lens of AI professional learning series is Sage Catalysts’ flagship training that takes teachers on a practical hands-on learning journey through the Adaptive AI Teaching Framework, where they walk away with a clear, pedagogical grounded and values-aligned process for cutting through that noise and rethinking HOW they plan, teach, and assess in the age of AI.
In this flagship training series, teachers:
Explore their real emotions, beliefs and questions about AI
Build a grounded understanding of what AI is (and isn’t) so they can speak confidently with students and families
Establish strong guardrails and risk mitigation strategies to protect themselves and their students (bias, data privacy etc)
Reimagine future-ready skills and what meaningful learning and authentic assessment look like in the age of AI
Design lessons and assessments with AI as a creative thought partner and incorporate AI into learning when and where it makes sense
Create their own custom ‘Instructional Coach’ for real time feedback
Let’s lead thoughtful AI adoption.
Here’s How It Works
STEP ONE: We plan together. Schedule a strategy call. We’ll discuss your school’s needs and vision for AI adoption and select the best option. We’ll customize the content to address what matters most to your teachers.
STEP TWO: Your teachers get an engaging experience. Interactive workshops keeps teachers engaged with hands-on practical strategies, real examples and AI tools they can use the next day.
STEP THREE: Ensure sustained learning. Teachers can follow up with ‘open office hours’ to trouble shoot and strengthen application.
